About Our Home Health
When your loved one needs more than a bandage, but less than a hospital stay, Central Pyramid Home Health provides skilled care right at home.
Our clinicians and caregivers help patients recover safely, manage health conditions, and maintain independence in the comfort of familiar surroundings.
You may be eligible for home health care if you:
- Have difficulty leaving home due to illness or a medical condition
- Need ongoing monitoring or recovery care after surgery or hospitalization
- Have wounds that are slow to heal or frequently infected
- Require frequent bloodwork or medication management
- Experience fluctuating blood pressure, unstable diabetes, or new medications that require follow-up
- Would benefit from continued therapy
