CINCINNATI, OH – June 23, 2026 – Deaconess Associations Incorporated (DAI) today announced an agreement to acquire 31 home health and hospice agencies in eight states from HCA Healthcare. Upon closing, the agencies will become part of Central Pyramid, one of Deaconess Associations Incorporated’s four owned subsidiaries.

“Deaconess was founded on the belief that healthcare should serve people with dignity, compassion, and purpose, and that calling remains central to who we are today,” said Trey Crabb, Chief Executive Officer of Deaconess Associations Incorporated. “This agreement allows us to deepen our current presence and expand our geographic reach through established home health and hospice agencies that align with our mission and long-term strategy.
